In Line

In honor of the first day of Spring (!), here is a beautiful piece, shot at Lighthouse Point and the Yale Sculpture Garden in New Haven, Connecticut. Danced by Gracie White and Christian Probst, both members of Yale Dancers, to Robert Skoro‘s “In Line.” The piece premiered at the fall 2012 Yale Dancers show, and has since turned up at several other venues, including TedxYale.

White grew up as a aerialist and hand balancer with Circus Juventus (’05-’11) and Company XIV. Probst comes from a tap, ballet, and jazz background at Krupinski Academy of Dance. I think they’re both simply lovely.
