Heroism via Band-Aids

I’ve always thought saving lives was pretty badass – TED does too. Graham Douglas teamed up with innovative brand Help Remedies and Fab.com (where I gleefully dump at least 80% of my disposable income) to create and market “Help, I’ve Cut Myself and I Want to Save a Life!”

It’s a clever combo of regular old band-aids and a bone marrow registry kit – if you’re already bleeding, might as well make something good come of it, right? So you reach for a band-aid, grab the registry kit first, and blam-o. You’ve registered for the chance to be someone’s Superhero. Kits are $4 and will be available on Fab starting Monday (can’t wait that long? you can grab one here today).
