Bear 71

Canada’s National Film Board has been getting quite a bit of buzz lately, due in large part to a fictional mammal called Bear 71. The government agency is tasked with “interpreting Canada,” whatever the heck that means. Recently, they’ve taken it upon themselves to become a safe house for innovative communication and media.
